Hej ME folk!
Jag skriver angående om ME lokomotiver som a dagarna  gör sin typtest i Ungern. Den måste rulla x antal km, innan blir typgodkänd.  Finns det några mekaniker eller var finns verkstad som skulle hjälpa om att svara  på nágra frågor om loktypen ?
Vi skulle ha gärna kontakt skriftligt eller personligen för att kunna ställa och få besvara några av oss okända tekniska problem till  det ungerska firman som har fått service uppdraget till danska ME serien. Tacksam för svar.

I am writing about ME locomotives that are currently undergoing type testing in Hungary. They must run x number of km before they are type approved. Are there any mechanics or where is a workshop that would help answer some questions about the locomotive type?
We would like to have contact in writing or in person to be able to ask and answer some of our unknown technical problems to the Hungarian company that has been assigned the service assignment for the Danish ME series. Thank you for your answer.Istvan

NRFAB TMe 1504, NRFAB TMe 1524 og NRFAB TMe 1527 er nu udlejet til Ungarn og sendt til Vasúttörténeti Park. Lokomotiverne ses på billedet i forrige indlæg.

Was it CVK Copenhagen in Denmark that was responsible for servicing ME locomotives during this time?? It is the Hungarian company that is looking for contact for some technical help and possibly training. Kind regards Istvan

I heard Contec Rail in Kalundborg has been servicing most of the TMe locomotives stationed in Denmark.

It used to be the main DSB workshops (Centralværkstedet, Cvk) that did all the maintenance on the diesel locomotives. Since DSB no longer operates these locomotives, there may not be many knowledgeable people left. Try asking Tågab in Kristinehamn, they service the MX, MY, and MZ locomotives with GM engines. Or maybe Contec Rail in Denmark since they have some ME in operation.

After leaving Denmark. Many of the ME locomotives have been serviced by either Svensk Tågkraft in Nässjö, Sweden. Or by Railcare in Långsele, also in Sweden. As far as I know it was Railcare that prepared the locos before they were sent to Hungary.

DK referer til at den registreret i Danmark, MAVRT til firmaet. De to dele har ikke noget med hinanden at gøre.

Med andre ord har det ungarnske firma MAVRT registreret lokomotiverne i det danske register?

Ja, for det er nu engang sådan man gør det. Efter samme model har Snälltåget f.eks. A-SNALL vogne, og de 7 "nye" DSB dobbeltdækkere bør blive D-DSB.

Registreringen bliver hos samme registermyndighed ved ændringer, også selvom ihændehaver er hjemmehørende et andet sted.

(Og ja, der findes helt sikkert undtagelser og fejlmarkeringer på materiel, når man graver efter dem.)
